Default Bowl and spindle blanks from Ern's wood bank - batch 4

These are all dry and waxed and almost all came from The WoodSmith or timber suppliers at the woodwork shows.

    The measurements are conservative.

Price is before postage. Pickup in the north of Melbourne is fine.

If you want some, PM me the letter and your postcode for a postage quote.

The forum colour rendering isn't the best - the blanks are generally a bit redder.

    A. Myrtle burl - sold

    G. Coolabah burl - $35 C. 40x35x11. Sold.

    P1010723.jpg P1010724.jpg

    H. Blackwood. I expect the top checks will turn out. There's a bottom one that may need some CA. Sold.

    P1010722.jpg P1010721.jpg

    I. Blackwood. $30. Sold.
    C. 9 cm H x 13 cm W. This is going to glow with an oil finish.
VM chuck ring included. The inside is roughed out.
Finish the outside (60 grit chisel would do it). Rechuck (jam chuck or glue the foot to a sacrificial block), part the MDF off and finish the inside.

    J. Added: some kind of Oak. It has good fleck and colour. There's half a dozen borer holes that've been blitzed. Sold.
