Hi I have a 3 meter Blackwood log that I would like sliced up into 50mm slabs. Would anyone have any ideas how I could do this relatively cheaply. Mornington Peninsula Vic

Try Woody's Sawmilling in Haddock St Hastings. From memory they charge $100/hr to cut timber on their mill - but check this out.
I have no connection with them, but I do get sawdust/wood shavings from them for the vegie garden.
