    Special Burl Block

    Swamp Yate burl (Eucalyptus occidentalis)

    A very beautiful, Highly figured block of this dryland eucalypt, Dry & stable

    Colours are best described as pastel pinks, pale beige, grey streaks,

    Highly figured with waves & small birdseyes, few small cracks on one edge
    One corner missing with spikey protrusions like a moonscape (these form the birdseyes inside)

    No apologies for the price!

    ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL IMHO.. would make an outstanding exhibition piece
    Or, if sliced, into small draw fronts

    150 x 100 x 50-100 mm…. only $50

    I piece / block of wood showing its different faces. Yes each side is different as burls often are.

    Edit....PS: Colour is distorted & too yellow wood colour is more pink and pastel tones. Maybe du too bushfire smoke affecting light during photography. Apologies
