200mm diameter log x 500-600mm long
Ive started carving Swedish Kuksa (cups) which need a specific type of chopping block for the method im using. This design is based on a 200mm log. Short story is I had one but buggered it up.

I will be getting a couple of Blueberry Ash trees cut down on Thursday here in Concord.
I can keep a few bits of that size if that’s any use to you.

Well the rain washed that out.
Pat was up on the Jackaranda out front which was resting on the 3 phase where it enters the house and the heavens opened up.
It didn’t last long but the trees are all now too slippery to walk on, climb up etc.
Theyll be back tomorrow.
Might even be some silky oak about 200 dia.
