Hegner ZFG 12 Finger Jointer
I was very impressed at the Joinery Get Together at Fletty's last weekend with the demonstration by Alan's friend Peter of the "Hegner ZFG 12 Finger Jointer"

I'd now like to try to find an old one for myself as they haven't been made for a good few years,
BUT hopefully someone has one gathering dust in there shed which they wouldn't mind parting with, Thank You..

How hard would it be to make one using a bit of Al angle of say 75 x 75 x 8.
Bosch trimmer motor units are giveaways nowadays.
Looks like handy gadget.

Thank you "H" aka "clear out",
I watched Fletty's friend Peter do the setup and demonstration at the Joinery Get Together a couple of weeks back...
The real thing has a micro adjustment to ensure the finger spacing is accurate and equal; the slide mechanism is very smooth and easy to operate with great dust collection via a vacuum hose..
