    Default Parts for Powercraft router

    Hi There
I've lost my collet and chuck nut for my Powercraft router APFBF-1050E.
This router was sold by Aldi and it is originally a FERM router, really good quality for its price. It used to come with two collets 6.35 and 8.47mm.
Without the collet and chuck nut the tool is now useless.

Can anybody tell me where I can get the parts, preferably in Sydney or privately?. I'm only after the 1/4"collet and nut.

    thanks

    Humberto

Parts for an Aldi router which was in their stores 15 years ago, AND in Sydney -- you're kidding, right?

If you can identify the actual unit that Aldi rebadged then you may have some luck here Elaire Corporation -Router Collets
or on the OM's web site.

To help, there may be a register of manufacturers associated with the Electrical approval numbers.

    also try this page https://www.einhelltools.co.uk/produ...1-cid1829.html

This appears to be your router https://servotool.eu/en/prm6003-pbf-...ter-1050w.html

    Here you go
    https://service.ferm.com/en_service/...llet-8-mm.html
    https://service.ferm.com/en_service/...-a-spring.html
    https://service.ferm.com/en_service/...llet-6-mm.html
    https://service.ferm.com/en_service/...indle-nut.html

be careful, some Australian parts may be rebadged metric parts -- i.e. the 1/4" collet may actually be a 6 mm collet -- or the OEM 1/4" collet may not have its own part number

this might be the 1/4" collet https://service.ferm.com/en_service/...ollet-1-4.html
the spring collet https://service.ferm.com/en_service/...-1-4-inch.html may no longer be available

I'll leave you to search the ferm site
