Just had a look at the 71 on Ebay. Is it my old eyes, or does the depth adjuster look as though it has been braised back on after a break? - Could be worth asking about if you think it might be so.

The plane had been fixed some years ago. Seller said it was her Dads and she had only ever known the plane to be like that.
I pulled my bids for "that" plane and went and bought another one. $45.00 from e-bay.
What I am after now is some bits (Cutters) for the plane? Anyone have any that they don't use or need any more. If not I will buy from retailer.
