No fence

This three-wheel 1970/80s English bandsaw is running but has a replacement 2nd wheel (see photos below) which I believe is causing the blade to pop off increasingly... maddenly so!
I've used it a lot in past few weeks (see photo above) but the worsening state of its reliability and hours spent trying to repair it means I have to give up on the old girl and pass it on for free parts. Just sick of it really.
If no one wants it in the next few weeks I'll pull out the motor and take it to the tip.
