Dear Amos,
Our Chaplain passed me one of your beautiful biros and a copy of your handwritten letter. I'm presently serving in the Middle East on an 8 month deployment and it is those unexpected delights which make all the differtence when away form family and close friends at this time of year. May I thank you for the gift and your Christmas/New Year sentiments.
