40' Timber Sparkman & Stephens Restoration Project
I have been working on restoring a beautiful 40' Sparkman & Stephens yacht for the last 4 years but (I am ashamed to say) I have hit the wall.
I would love to find someone who would be prepared to take it over but I fear that is unlikely and I will end up just having to break it up.
I have just put an ad on gumtree here:
Sail Boats | Gumtree Australia Free Local Classifieds
If anyone has any interest or even ideas or suggestions about how I can get rid of it, then please let me know.
thanks
Richard

Richard,
I have a particular "history" with Western Morning and, at one time, tried to buy it from the Commodore of the RYCV at Williamstown (long story).
I know her entire history as well as her former glory days!
Shame to read that she might be "broken up"!
What is her status now?
Please let me know.
Cheers,
Rick.
