Considering we are getting a fair bit of electrical work done, this could be an addition.

For a whole lot less money a simple vacuum switch connected south of its blast gate and wired into a machines start switch will not allow the machinate run unless teh DC is on and the right gates are open. $3 a machine versus a lot more. We have these working in our mens shed and it works a treat.

So finally got my all my dust extraction done, I decided to make a workbench / exhaust for my Clearvue so i could vent outside without annoying the neighbors with noise.

I made the box out of 16mm MDF and lined the inside with insulation, It is amazingly quiet both inside and outside the workshop.

For the exhaust pipe I used ezyduct and wrapped the top half in foam then duct tape to keep it all together, this helped dampen the noise inside, then the exit I used the same duct and cut it through the shed walls.

I am curious as to why you oriented the CV exit in the way you did, and given the height available why you didn't locate the whole thing higher up the wall thereby allowing you to utilise a much larger sawdust bin?.

Your orientation requires 3 x 90º bends to exit the exit pipe and the exit poking out in front of the CV.
Increasing the number of 90º bends on both the intake and outtake ducting all contribute to flow resistance.
Rotating the impeller by 90º would allow you to use just 1 x 90º bend and not have the exit poking out the front.

Pretty much finished my shed build completed the ceiling grid and tiles, installed a 16kw 4way cassette split heating and cooling system to combat the freezing cold mornings/nights.

here is a pic of the final layout!

The showroom looks impressive! Where is the workshop?

Seriously though, it's awesome. That's what I want when I grow up.

    This is beautiful!

I used to live within that Council, but then I answered the wife's call for closer to work/better schools/whatever (and to be fair I also wanted to be closer to Oakleigh's Greek foods LOL) and that totally killed the play money budget. It is ridiculous how much more value you get for your money up your way, and you made the best of it, well done!

BTW I always thought if I ever had so much space for a workshop I would end up making partitions: a sound insulated room for the DC and compressor, one for for storage (mainly timber), and probably a spray booth and a bathroom. More interior walls makes more room for hanging stuff as well, and stuff that is hanging is always more accessible. It wouldn't look so pretty though.

    And so you'd need a 30 x 12 shed instead.
