Hi enelef,
It WAS a standard JET product although I believe it is now discontinued? It is a single unit that fits on the top of a 44g/200 litre drum and is held in place by its significant weight only. To call it a cyclone is probably glorifying its simplicity but when the airstream enters the drum it is directed into a spiral by a simple baffle. Yes, the outgoing air goes through a pleated paper filter and exhausts back into the shed. It has worked perfectly for me for the last 5 or 6 years but it definitely struggles with my new 16/32" drum sander but only because the pleated filter clogs quickly if I haven't cleaned it up a bit first. It is a very good unit for a single person setup but I would hate to be lifting that weight off the drum much more that I currently do!

HI Fletty
thanks for the response.
Given the size - must have been a bugger the empty as well.
Cheers

I saw some that were 1200 x 300.
(now that I am a Zazz subscriber!)
They would be great over a long bench.
Aldi have the remote controlled power points again.Scally
