It should sell well if and when it gets to market, I wouldn't like to have the agency for Upper Siberia though.

Its made from PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride) and is already used in different forms in many paints.
It's also used as a type of powder coating for high end auto finishes.
There are some interesting comments in the "comments" section in the above link about the potential health effects of PVDFs.
Its supposed to be totally non-toxic but there are concerns that in flake/dust form it can lead to problems.
