Retrofitting shed insulation
Hello,
I've recently moved into a new place with a shed that I have full control over (finally) and can dedicate fully to woodworking. First things first - insulation and wall lining. Currently the shed is a 9 x 3.5 metal garage, with bare walls and ceiling. I want to tackle ceiling first, both temperature insulation and whatever can be done about sound insulation as well. Now, the more I look at it and the more I read about insulation in general the more confused I get - sarking/no sarking, vapor barrier or no, earthwool or foilboard... argh!
Here is what it looks like now
Width between wall and first roof truss is 840, then 920 to the second one.
Please share some words of wisdom

When I moved into our place here a while back, the previous owner of the shed had simply screwed plywood to the wall purlins.
I had my suspicions, so pulled off a couple of sheets, and sure enough, there was mould behind each and every panel.
We pulled the whole lot out. Fitted KingSpan Insulshed 50 on every wall and ceiling (ignore the taping error on the ceiling, it obviously got fixed)

Went through winter, and not a drop of condensation inside the shed at all.
Beginning the internal fitout now.
