My New Shed!!! (I wish)
Is not this they day where it is appropriate to have a wish. And how I would love to find this gift wrapped though to find a tree to put it under would be another story
My car fits a treat and room for tools
The last bay above is half cut out for lack of spot to get the pic with it all in. Looking below the far corner is where the toilet and kitchen will go
This is my neighbours shed but stay tuned for the internal build. About 3m x 8m for toilet and smoko room. First wall with bracing. Just vapour barrier to go

Someone stuffed up. Toilet plumbing comes up to close to external wall. So...they decided my wall could move over. Only problem is a brace goes through the centre of that space
Its 16mm rod. The timber wall has to be braced on the backside and lined with vapour barrier as mentioned in first post. Also no room to slide wall behind rod and notch it in as you might see here
And here. The line is room side of the wall
But there is a way if I pull the rod out and drill a long straight series of diagonal hole.
Looks like I might be on a winner

Gees Dave you've got more patience than me. An engineer suggested this option to me recently and I asked him find another option.

That's the trouble being self employed, no days off, not even Christmas Day. You should've been home with the little ones and the Good Lady.
I take it that the shed will be used for a transport depot, going by the long pit in the ground to service trucks?
There would be thousands of people that would like a shed like that, and I'm one of them.
Merry Christmas to you and Your Family,

Well back on the job and here is a pic of the plan
Now the above gives position relative to the shed. Below gives different room dimensions
So I'll go a mix of the two
Another issue is the large vermin trap between the walls. That can be fixed internally by sealing to the outer walls but .....
The sheets are not set in a slab rebate and in places the sheets are not even against the slab
Any larger and possums would crawl in lol. Well another work around and it is a case of use whats on hand this time of year. Some 35 x 35 gal flashing
And seal between slab and flashing from inside with silicon.
The long wall will be encased in concrete in a few weeks so can let that one slide for now.
Back to the job

Meanwhile .... with my earth shattering speed, not.
We dealt with the above (royal we) and packing some of the large cavity with installation. Also wall one is in place and bracing reinstated. Even plumbed the corner pillar. Didnt think it would move with all the wall sheets but to my surprise it did.

Your welcome to join me. Its nice and soft and fluffy this yellow stuff. Of course I wont tell anyone I forgot to do the first wall till I had put the brace in place and has to squeeze in there rubbing the yellow stuff all over me in the process
