Wow! Lots of novices. Not many turned boxes. What happened to everyone?

I'll have to go and have a proper look now. And vote.

Default Perhaps a Link?

Hello he or she who cannot be named. Perhaps a Link in the Boxmaking / Turning / Bandsaw Box sections will ensure more people vote. I am not sure everyone is finding this Thread.

That was a lot of work to open enough windows in IE to see all the Novice entries and then vote. This would have been a lot easier if the Novice entries could have been posted here also.

Well, not worthless but that's the best smilie I could find.

That's what I like about this place. What I say matters, unless I'm just talking jibberish like I do sometimes when it's really late or when it's been a long day you know?

Dunno why box 15 hasn't had a vote. IMO it's one of, if not the most easy on the eye out of the lot..

I'm still having trouble deciding on who to vote for, let alone deciding on my novice vote too. I showed the entries to some of my fellow workers and their eyes lit up too when they saw all the boxes

my judging critique

No.15 is a well executed plain box, the simplicity of which is spoilt by the grain swirl on the front

If you're using IE6, yes that is a problem. So are standards-complience and security. I urge you to upgrade to the latest IE, IE8 and/or Firefox. Both can open pages in tabs and so comparing pics is way easier. More secure and better conformance WWW standards too.

There is no good reason to continue to use IE6 (or older) if you're running Windows XP or later, and I think all prior releases of Windows are now unsupported.

Yeah John, thanks for that theory. I am using IE8 though so, eh, it still was a lot of trouble which is why they added the links after my post. Thanks for dropping by though.
