This is currently on FB. A real bargain I think. It's not mine.

    Default Dominion mortiser

I grabbed the Dominion chain and chisel mortiser. It's complete and will restore well. He also has a very large square head thicknesser, 600 wide I think, a large jointer and a dovetailer. All came from a wood mill which was next door to him. I couldn't see a makers name on them , but the thicknesser had a badge saying it was made by Ordanance Factory in Maribynong Victoria. The Bandsaw (Macson) is huge with 36" wheels and apparently it still runs. He's a terrific bloke and very interesting. He also has a fork lift on site which is great as everything he's got is bloody heavy!!!

    Cheers

Great buying on the Mortiser !!! . Cheapest bargain Ive seen in years. It all looks priced to FLY out the door. Nice to see for a change .

I went out to see that load of gear years ago. 2014 or15 I think ? . Took some pics. It was in a half built timber and Mud brick shed and the Mill was home made with a car motor and car wheels . All looked like it was someones 1970s dream workshop never finished. The Buzzer is a White. Top of the range thing that is . Is he selling the Buzzer and thicknesser as well? The thicknesser was amazing .
There was a lot of wood there as well. I'm not buying anything no matter how cheap. Ive got enough to do around here as it is . That table saw listed is a Sparrow by the looks . There was also a large three drum Sparrow drum sander there . Does he have that ?

    Good to see.

    Default Bandsaw

G'day Robert, although not advertised, it's all for sale. It's all heavy duty gear and would be a great buy for the right person who's into old cast iron machines.

    Cheers
