Default Building the Northwest Passage Solo

    solo.jpg

I built this Northwest Passage Solo out of basswood with walnut trim. I had once seen a really pretty, cream colored canoe on someones car and I thought it would be fun to change it up from the usual cedar strip on this boat. I wrote an article on how I built it on my Furniture Blog if you're interested in checking it out.

Nice job, and a good write-up too. 56 hours build time? That's pretty fast.

Nice work mate - and really enjoyed looking through your website, your build blogs are very well done and useful to other builders. Thanks for taking the time to post them.
    Cheers from NZ!
