G'day John, I have made quite a few of that particular reindeer, If you like I can E mail you the template and you can make some yourself. Fun to make but a pain to sand .

Awesome what sort of blade was he using?
I would have broken a few before i'd got very far

Thanks for the offer hehe! I make pens and my bandsaw is a toy one max 40 mm cut
why I spend so much buying pre-cut blanks off e-bay lol. As it is I have no room for a bigger one I have my machines on wheels in my garage so they can be shunted around to make room for the car , I bought a scroll saw some months ago to try and do some laminated pens, still in the box it came in . The pens are small and easy to do ,and make me a good little sideline to supplement the pension,actually make more from pens than the pension lol. Someone sent me the link to this bandsaw magic,so thought I would share with others , cheers ~ John
