Blade setting
Was experiencing a lot of blade drift to the left and the problem seems to be due to there being no right hand set on the blade anymore. Every second tooth is set to the left and the rest just point straight.
Are there any good jigs for adding set on a 10 inch hobby bandsaw blade?
Cheers
Titch

Only thing I can think of is a saw set if you have one. Having said that I think it would only work on a regular steel blade and not the bimetal blades. A new blade for a 10'' bandsaw should not cost a lot so may be the quick and easy option.

I bought a bandsaw recently and took the blade in for sharpening. The guy told me that modern blades are hardened steel and will not take a set since the steel is too brittle. Once the blade is sharpened beyond the set it is a throw away job.
Having said that a saw set is pretty cheap.

Plus 1 for replacing the blade.
One-sided loss of set (wear, actually) is usually caused by cutting curves in the same direction. Hard to avoid if you're cutting large circles on the outside. But for smaller circles/curves, alternate the direction of cutting, so that loss of set is equalized.
