    Default Durden B1200 bandsaw motor size

    Hello, wondering if someone could let me know what HP & rpm motor to put onto an old Durden B1200 bandsaw. I picked one up free without the motor and I can find very little info about it other than they are no longer made. Also pulley size would be a help too.

    Hi Cal

    I know this thread is over a year old but here is the info from my Durden B1200.

    Motor Hp 0.75. single phase CMG motor.

    RPM 1450

    Motor Puller size. Pulley is stamped 2 1/4 inch. Measures 65mm across the full diameter.

    Saw Pulley measures 137mm across the full diameter.

    This information may help others using the Search function.
