Default Forward / Backward Blade Wobble

What causes this type of blade wobble?

Is it a wheel alignment issue?

Edit: I've reloaded the video. Hopefully everything is working.

    Cheers,
    Zac.

Video appears to be set to Private when you posted it - or is it just my end.

If you mean the blade moving back and forwards, it could be a number of things normally associated with the wheels. Bent wheel, deformed tyre, loose tyre, loose bearing etc. try looking at i
the wheels with the cabinets opened.

Its a brand new saw, hopefully not a bent wheel. How do you tell if it's one of the others?

I'd start by checking the run out of each wheel with the band on and under tension.

I'd clamp a piece of wood own metal up against the front edge of each wheel and manual turn the wheels and see what sort of gaps if any are generated.

It could also be a dud band.

Good idea with the wood to check for wobbly wheels. I'll try that out.

Plus one for a faulty or misaligned weld. Easy enough to check by trying another blade or check the existing weld by putting a straight edge (300mm rule) along the back of the blade.

The wobble is occurring too rapidly to be a poor weld in the blade. I would also dismiss the tyre for this reason.

I would say that one of the wheels is not on straight, or is slightly loose. The wobble is from the poor coplanarity between the two wheels. Check the wheel bolts to see if they are tight. If they are, call in the Seller since the bandsaw is new.
