    Hi maddog,

I also have the Jet 18inch saw and couldn't be happier with it. I mainly saw recycled Jarrah with it using a 32mm blade. I have one from HB and another one from another supplier. Both cut really well. I wish I had bought the band saw years ago, quick and I feel much safer using it resaw then when I was using the table saw. The smallest blade I use at the moment is a 10mm one. Can't really comment on the small sawing as I don't use it for that too much. Sawing the big stuff is a real treat though and the main reason I bouht it. Go Jet

    Cheers,

    Buz
