Thread: Woodfast BS 500...V... Carbatec SBW-4800CE

Can't comment on the Carbatec, But I have the BS 500 and have used it almost every day for two years and have not had a problem

I bought the 4800 12 months ago and got it for $1700 and it has been excellent.

Also can't comment on the Carbatec but I am sure it is fine. I have the BS-500 and use it regularly on big to small work. Love the big table and strong under support.

I got the Carbatec and very happy with it for cutting hardwood, it has worked out better than I thought it would. It also comes with the wider table upgrade and has been useful in my work.
