    Default Aldi Inverter Generator

    https://www.aldi.com.au/en/special-b...rator-2000w-1/

I'm looking at buying this. After the storms earlier this year I lost power for a week. Will this run a freezer?

I would be inclined to say yes, but you need to check you current draw from your freezer. The Aldi genset says 1600W and 2000W peak, which although technically incorrect when specifying a genset, suggests to me that its good for about 6A at 240V.
