    Default Benchcrafted benchmakers package

I have gone through my workshop and decided to sell a few things that I don't really use anymore, or don't have a need for.

Unfortunately, my dreams of building my dream workbench using benchcrafted hardware is now gone for the short term. I have decided to sell the benchmakers package that I purchased brand new last year direct from the US. I have never used any of it, I've only opened the packaging for inspection and for the photos.

    The package includes:

    - Tail vise and all respective components
    - Glide leg vise and all respective components
    - 4 complete sets of benchcrafted barrell nuts (for knock down version)
    - 2 complete benchcrafted end barrel nuts
    - 4 spax screws (for securing the top)
    - Suede

Please note: It does not come with any plans on how to build a roubo bench.

The total weight I got for the lot was 18.1kg. I have a box that is 700mm long x 400mm wide and 150mm high that I'll safely post it in. You can also pick it up from the Lower Blue Mountains (Winmalee).
Just to give you an idea of how much postage would be from he US, I emailed BC yesterday and got the following reply.
    "Andy,

Sorry, we no longer sell the Original version. We've forgot to take it down form your site!

Shipping on either of the Crisscross versions would run near $300 for shipping."

    Regards,
    Andy

What's wrong with the bidding display?

My bid for $50 was accepted and hasn't come up....I was really hoping to win it for $50 or so

Nothing wrong with the bidding display. The seller just hasnt gone in and accepted any of the bids. The top bid is currently $350
I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.

These auctions are bit tricky until you get used to them Andy. The default is to manually approve the bids, and if you have a look at the bid history there are about 10 to be approved, and the current bid is $350. Not sure if you can still change that to auto-approve - maybe.

    No problems Richie.

Postage to Brisbane (post code 4000) is $29.50 for regular post.

    Regards

    Ok. Should be fixed now.

    Thanks Brett.
