This sander is great to use. It is powerful and easy to handle, once you master it. It’s a heavy industrial machine so you need to treat it with respect. I have used my sander for our renovation to sand all the stairs, decks and inside floors. It was much cheaper and more convenient to have our own machine on hand when we needed it because the renovation took years of part-time work to complete! This sander has been a pleasure to use… it makes light work of any floor…job done! No longer needed.
