Performax 22 - 44 Drum Sander
NOT AN AUCTION!!
Performax 22 - 44 Drum Sander.
I'm upgrading so this will have to move on.
Closed stand with wheels and wheel brake. Door and shelf for storing abrasives. infeed and outfield tables.
These machines are a blessing. This does not have the oscillating drum.
Good condition. Inspection welcome.
I will include 2 new wraps of each 80g, 120g, 180g, and 240g good quality cloth backed paper.
Probably available for collection next weekend. I want to have the new machine in hand before letting this go.
I want $1500.00 but will consider offers. There ain't no devil, it's just god when he's drunk!!

Yeah, I reckon. When you look at a new machine of equivalent capacity, the add the in / out feed tables and the wheeled cabinet, it is outstanding value. No bites by the weekend and I'll put it on eBay I reckon. Just thought i'd try and spread the love here first.
Cheers. There ain't no devil, it's just god when he's drunk!!

I can't fit it anywhere either - if only it came with a small shed extension!

We just bought one of these for our local mens shed and i have no idea on price only to say it was alot more than this one. Also I may be wrong but I am led too believe that these are no longer available and that they only now come in orbital type so this would be a great by for someone except me because I have a carbetec one.
Cheers ian

What did you upgrade too?

The Jet equivalent, with a head that also oscillates is $3000.00 Plus the infeed / outfield tables. I am upgrading to a twin drum machine as a time saving measure for a product I make. While I have taken advantage of the open sided frame on the machine I am selling, I prefer a closed frame machine.
I'm prolly not happy to pack the machine for interstate shipment. I do not have the facility to lift this into a truck. The buyer will have to arrange collection. I may be able to assist with loading.
I will not entertain lower offers than the $1000.00 it is currently for sale for. The machine is second hand, if you want a machine with "as new" features and benefits, then buy new.
Hopefully the above will answer your general questions. I have one potential buyer who is yet to inspect the machine. Inspection is highly recommended. This is very good value for an astute buyer.

Note that the potential buyer has pulled out due to space issues.

G'day Sir,
Could you please do me a favour and send the max dimensions of the unit to me? If I can fit it into the back of my SUV then you have a deal at $1k.
Cheers, Jake
