These show up on Gumtree a lot. Especially the Dawns. Try vise spelled both with a "s" and a "c". I've seen them listed with both spellings. Not sure if that's a regional thing or not. In North America we use the "s" spelling.
Cheers,
Luke

I've got a Record Irwin 7" if your interested. I've fitted a Merbau jaw thats about 220mm wide & made a Jarrah dog to replace the steel one. I cut about 25mm off the top of the back jaw so I could fit it behind the apron & have the top of the front jaw level with the top of the bench. Only want a carton of liquid currency for it.

Hi,
If your vice is still available I'll gladly exchange for liquid currency. I'm in Wollongong.

Or, I could buy one (not as good quality mind you) from Bunnings for $44.

Installed
Was great to meet you Mike and thanks for the vice!
Got it installed easily and using already. I put a Cypress pine face along the bench and am using that as the back jaw.
Thanks again!Last edited by Jonnydubbs; 5th July 2016 at 09:47 AM. Reason: updated info
