Would you have a sketch with some sizes of a ratchet bar, have the 385 but will have to make the bars.

The bars are easiest to make using 36" pieces of 1/4" square cold rolled 1018 steel. The locating pins and retainers are complicated to make and attach unless you have a milling machine. The bars can be affixed to the carriers using cap screws and washers at each end. This method holds the bars more securely than does the original design.

Thank you, I do have a milling machine. I will try to find a good photo of the ratchet bar profile to copy. I have found details of the carriers but not of the ratchet bars.
