    Default McJing's service

I ordered a few things on-line from McJing's yesterday afternoon around 4p.m. They arrived here, in Melbourne, this morning at around 9a.m.

They must have exceedingly well-oiled rickshaws!

With all the talk about online shopping and bad service from the shops in Aus, their service is a breath of fresh air. I have have heard many good stories about their service. I have not used their online service, but do purchase from them every year at the Perth wood show.

They do offer a very good service that I have personally found above and beyond where others lack.

Had similar experience with McJing too. Placed an order around 3pm one day and was received the next morning. Pity a few others can't manage to do the same thing. Big thumbs up for McJing

Quick shipping is only part of the equation.

The only item I bought from them on the basis of their phone advice as to fitness for purpose turned out to be anything but.

Yes, they took it back, but I was down on the time and the return postage.

For turning stuff where I need both sound advice and prompt shipping I like

A quick update on a quick reaction from McJing.

I emailed asking about a cause for the delay and received quite a prompt response.

It was the rickshaw that failed.
Courier apparently tried an failed to deliver on Friday and was waiting on my response. Even the courier web site says so, but, there was two of us here all day Friday and the delivery card is nowhere to be found....
Apparently they will try again tomorrow ...

So if it was not for the failed rickshaw I would have had my stuff the next day as the rest of you had.

Excellent service is normal for McJing. Visiting their shop is a great experience - like an Aladdin's cave of goodies.
