    This one might be a Wohlhaupter UPA 4-5s if anyone is interested -

    MT shank but I think they unscrew so it can be changed

    I don't see the red dot that marks a removable shank. If the seller labelled it better i bet it would sell......

    If you were to find a quality one at a bargain price, either no one has seen it, or that it's stuphed. Quality and bargain price, are never in the same sentence, I've found.
