    Default Dremel 4200

Hi everyone. I have the 4200 together with the Workstation. Anyone know how I can use Workstation to drill very small holes (around 1mm), I don’t want to use the flex shaft. I can’t find any way of attaching a collet to the 4200 and there doesn’t seem to be a chuck that will fit the ezy change thingy. Any suggestions please
