Exceller Sawmaster Radial arm saw
Hey Folks,
I have just picked up a Sawmaster saw - ND 5969 with 1.5 hp GMF motor.
The motor runs but the red button does not stop it which I assume it should. It has a few broken castings which can be fixed but the carriage is sloppy on the arm. The LHS bearing are fixed and the RHS are adjustable to take out the sideways slop. Problem is there is a screw on the bottom that adjusts the up/down movement but it seems to me that it is missing a bronze thrust bearing that should slide on the bottom of the arm.
Does someone out there have one of these saws or (hopefully) a manual that shows me what is what??
Cheers,
Ron
