    It’s pretty tricky setting the feed rate on the pawl that pushes the ratchet bar.
    By getting the pawl to jump 2 teeth you can halve the TPI.
    However, it’s easy to get half and half with some teeth 7 TPI and others 14 TPI.

    Default Foley Saw Filer

    HI. How is this project going? I have a Foley 387 that I have restored. working fine. I have also setup a PLC controlled indexing system to it instead of using the Pawl. Works great but I usually use the original.

    Hi Sydblad,
    It’s been on hold, we had a big move from Melbourne too country Victoria, but it definitely will be looked at hopefully in the near future.
