    Hey Fletty,

I've just re-joined the forum after an extended absence, just moved to the area (Belimbla Park), and am in the process of setting up my workshop again. It would be good to meet some other local woodies.

I am in Japan that week for work, but with a little luck I will be able to be there on the Sunday. Please keep me posted on the details.

    Darryl

Hi Darryl, it would be great if you can make it, if not, drop me a line and visit the shed any time?

Thanks for your kind offer, I've now got the iBox covered and will already have that set up on the saw bench for demos on the day but the Incra positioner would be very welcome if you can come with it and do the demo ?
    The logistics of the day look like;
    Domino using workbench
then Gifkin using router table while Hegner fitted to workbench
    Hegner finger joint demo
IBox on sawtable while router table set up for Incra positioner?
Sausage sandwiches, outdoor fire and outrageous yarns about woodworking and life while Leigh jig set up on workbench
Incra positioner demo on router table
    Leigh jig demo at workbench

Fletty , I'll send a PM with my details .

PS just tried to send PM , system is saying your Inbox may be full.

But Incra positioner with router, router table , bits and dimensioned timber is no problem.

It may be interesting for anyone who hasn't used the Incra to do the demo, with me in the wings
providing the step by step instructions . I know when I was comtemplating the Incra for many years,it just
looked too complicated and finicky . But its actually quite straightforward and anyone can master it as the demo will show.

Chris Parks expressed an interest in the Dowelmax , which is also available if you wish, and quick to master so will take up very little time.
Its a deceptively simple tool . I don't use the domino hardly at all because of dowelmax.
