Hey Rob,
Does she float? I'll head down to the Barwon and throw you a rope!
(for everyone else, we just got a very large amount of rain across the district.)

Five hundred hey?? (!)....as my building space increases my cows get more anxious. I just hope they don't get it into their heads to get under the boat.
The wild weather seems to have flown over us. We are pretty protected from a Southerly, so I spent a few hours doing fillets and glassing the bottom plank joint under the seats.
As to the ark thing, the skiff would be OK if you specialized in very small furry animals. Leave the 'roos to the guys with stink boats.

That Rob bloke's a real good builder isn't he. It's a case where eny is a virtue because I look at his work and know that not only is this amateur boat building possible, it's possible to do it really well - that's not threatening, it's empowering. Keep it up Rob

BTW, Rob, how's the boat going? Are you still working on it? Haven't seen an update in a while and have been wondering (unlike idiots like me who haven't been doing much but continue to update their threads anyway ).
Cheers,
That nutter from over in the Storer forum .

Thanks Richard and Alex for your interest, nice to hear from both of you. The build is going well, although progress in this (proper) winter is slow. There are up-dates on my blog and that has links to Flickr pics too, for anyone interested in recent work. Blog address given below (middlething)

Hi Rob,
Thanks for the info . Lucky that link didn't have teeth - it would have taken my rather large snout clean off!
I'll head on over to your blog right now.
Cheers,
Alex.
