Hydrotek Plywood
Is anyone familiar with Hydrotek ply? Hydrotek is all that my local lumber yard has for marine ply.

Hydrotech is a meranti sheet, built to the BS-1088 standard. It's good stuff and a bit cheaper then Okoume BS-1088 sheets, but also about 15 - 20% heavier. If you can get this stuff, use it. To save a little more money, see if they also have Aquatech, which is built to the BS-6566 standard, which isn't quite as good as the BS-1088, but still very good, especially compared to APA AA and AB marine sheets. These BS-6566 sheets can be used in none critical areas, such as seat boxes, flotation chambers, bulkheads, furniture partitions and sides, etc.
So, what's 'ya building?
