Laminating Plywood.
I'm building a new sliding companionway hatch with a lower, less bulky profile and I was planning on laminating three layers of 6mm ply. Is there likely to be much springback when I remove it from the mold? It's a quite gentle curve.
Cheers.

Three layers of 6 mm plywood will spring back a bit, but not a lot. Figure out what the diameter of the curve you'll bend to and decrease by about 5% and you'll spring back to the slightly larger diameter, when you remove it from the jig. Simply put, if the diameter you're bending to is roughly a part (segment) of a 2.5 meter circle (as an example), make the jig with a 2.25 diameter.
