cutting floating floor???
What is the correct tool to cut the floating floor prior to installing. If you join in the middle then you have to get a nice clean cut. Is this what people do?
Use a circular saw?
Thanks

I use a 180 tooth carbide tip blade in a Makita sliding dropsaw gives a very fine cut and have never had any problems

hand saw, power saw, jigsaw.... As all cuts will be covered with the skirting pretty much anything that will give a reasonably clean cut will do.
