Default Wooden Boat Festival, RMYC Newport

    Hey, everyone
A great little Wooden Boat Show at the RMYC Newport, Sydney on 5-6 November 2011, should be a good event.

Anyone on the east coast looking for something to do on the first weekend in November, that could be the answer!

Hi Buzzook, just got back from OS and noticed your post.
I took Wavedancer and crew to this show 2009 and had a good time. We are booked in again this year and if I get my act together I might have the Auk there as well. There is always a beer in the fridge for any visitors so if any of this mob turn up for a sticky beak please say goodday.

Default Two Wooden Boat Festivals this weekend

    G'day, fellas!

Just a final reminder that there are two Wooden Boat Festivals on this weekend, and a bunch of us crazy Seagullers will be there displaying and running some of our motors:

    - Grafton Jacaranda Festival Wooden Boat Regatta, Saturday, Corcoran Park, Grafton

    - Wooden Boat Festival, Sat/Sun, RMYC 45 Prince Alfred Pde, Newport.

If you do drop by either show, keep your eyes peeled for the "British Seagull" crew and either A) avoid us like the plague, we're all mad you know, OR, B) come over, say g'day and ask us why we're so keen on the little Seagulls.

    See ya there!

See you at the RMYC, Might have to borrow one of them seagulls and see if it will push the Auk. Will need a co pilot of course.

    Default Seagulls at the RMYC

Well, it was a great weekend. Some really lovely boats there, Ian managed to get the Auk wet, but didn't get a Seagull on it, though we did offer! lol

Here's just a couple of pics of a couple of the fellas, Steve and Nick, with our Display Stand and a Seagull on an actual wooden boat!!

Don't forget if you own a Seagulll, or would like to, email [email protected]

    Cheers
    Mark
