Default Finding threads I have replied to

Hello, I am looking for a list of all my posts. When I do an advanced search, it only comes up with those threads that I started.

How do I find those threads started by someone else, whose name I have forgotten, and for a title I have forgotten, but to which I did a reply?
    regards,

    Dengy

If using "Through my control panel only" as the default thread subscription mode they should all be there.
