    Default bedside tables

Do ya want to see some photos of the bedside tables that are still awaiting an application of finish or should I wait until they get a lick of spit before I post pics? Which might be a while

    Cheers
    Michael

The timbers are Silver Ash, Sydney Blue gum and Vic Ash for the drawers. I initially resawed and machined a heap of hoop for the drawers only to find a week later that it had cupped twisted and moved in ways that aren't yet named to make it useful only as firewood . So I bought some q-sawn Vic ash for the drawers (which is almost my least favourite timber - but nice and stable). I plan on finishing it with Feast Watson Floorseal and perhaps a burnishing oil.

    Cheers

Thanks Lignum, will probably do a bed down the track.
There's a secret to those tenons.

Superb Mic!! Love the little detail of the curved support for the top. Are they for you and Mrs Mic-D?
