    Default Bi fold doors

    I have just fitted these Bi fold doors today. I made them in pine using M&T joints and they are glazed with 4mm laminated glass. I also made the top light which is fitted with 4mm plain glass and this houses the sliding rail.

    They look great. The 'windows' across the top are a great idea too. Well done on a great job.

    Nice design. Just a question. Are the doors held only by hinges or are there tracks on the top or bottom as well.

    No there is a track at the top of the doors that they hang from. they are much too heavy for the hinges alone.

    I bet that hole in the wall was out of square before you got the frame in and squared
