Nice work again Alex, you inspired me with the box you gave me on your visit to UK.

The workshop, (double garage) 53 years old needed the front lintels removed owing to being 10" timber and had rotted out, so new brick and concrete was replaced.
Roof is a fabricated metal construction with insulation sprayed on. (similar to some roofing seen in Australia)

Been in place now for two months and seems to do its job, but I am awaiting our Winter .

Both keeping well for our age, and I will be 99 years old in twenty years time.
