    Default New coffee table

    Hi all,

I made this table for my brother as a Christmas present, he is collecting it this weekend so I took some photos before it moved on.

Very happy with the finish, my spraying is getting better. It is solid Jarrah, recycled of course, 1200mm long x 600mm wide x 440mm high. The top is 30mm thick laminated from 7 pieces of wood. the legs are 60mm square with a 3mm round over to soften them a little.

Looks much better then my current one so will need to make a new one for myself.

    Cheers,

    Buz.

Looks good Buz, a lower stretcher/magazine rack would balance it nicely?

Photos are a wee bit dark but it looks very nice. Good job.

Clean, simple lines; nice timber and beautiful finish. Top looking piece of furniture. Your brother is fortunate.
