    Lovely cabinet, very nice.

Which part of Italy are you from? My family is from the north, near Udine.

Thank you all for your nice comments.

Steven, I'm from Milan but I actually live in the countryside, in the north part of Rome. It's a nice village called Bracciano, taking the name from the omonymous lake.

Lovely work Brandy, very nice Italiano taste you have. I see you're a Hammer fan as well. I'm just researching router bits at the moment, and given that Italy is one of the two great router bit nations, which is your brand(y) of choice?

Hi Brett, thank you for your nice words. I bought two separate Hammer last year and I'm very happy with them! Do you also have Hammer?

I use bits from CMT, an italian brand. They are of excellent quality and I suppose you should find them there, too.

Not yet Luca, not yet. Yes we get CMT here, but the prices are......(observing defamation laws)
Here's an example. What do you pay for this one in Roma?

Yes, you wouldn't want to stack it up with bumroll would you? Would you?

One day i would like to visit my family's village of Morsano al Tigliamento to see where my mother grew up. My wifes family originated in Calabria so we will have to do a north/south holiday. That would be a long way off in the future though.

Looking forward to see more pictures of your cabinet, especially when it's finished.

    Steven.

Looks very nice, Brandy. What finish do you plan to use, considering that it will be in a sometimes humid environment?
I'm also a Hammer fan, have an N4400 bandsaw.

Without wishing to hijack (a word that terrifies brandy anyway) .....AlexS, I'm sure you love the N4400, so why is it better than others please? I know it carries the usual Hammer semi-premium price, and there are clearly reasons for that.

    Regards, Brett
