    Default Doggies Retaining fence

    Hello everyone
We can finally remove the old cardboard packing container and use this new fence I built made out of pine and dowels.
    SWMBO reckons it's great

Nice contruction, good joints, clean lines, , but what stops the dogs from just walking throught the bars, around it, jumping it, or just pushing it over.

Great work, do they not just push it over?

I made something simlar to keep the (family daycare) kiddies out of the lounge room. Littlelefty, obviuosly, learnt how to remove it within an hour.
    Cheers,

It was the same when we had the cardboard there they could have easily knocked it over and just walked out. It's a bit strange but it doesn't bother them, when it's in place and they are inside they just stay there until it is removed.

It's quite amazing isn't it. They just wait there until I move the fence.

Ummm nice fence but the design stage was flawed as the fence is not as wide as the door.

Sack the architect? Probably end up in civic court though as the architect will claim either being give wrong dimensions in the first place or the build failed to read there shorthand correctly.

I am about to build similar as our loyal dog cheated on us and had a one nights stand and now were expecting puppies.
