Pretty happy with how it all turned out- it was challenging though

I can appreciate the amount of work in that table.
.
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

That is one really nice beautiful extendable table. It must have taken ages to build. If possible I would like some more info same as spokeshave.

Thanks for all the nice replies, I appreciate it, as it was a lot of work; but I really enjoyed it.
Without going into the gory details of everything
i) Vic Ash
ii) Acroma A/C 2pac 30%
iii) everything full mortise and tenon incl the apron of the table, which was fun, (as the tenons run more than half way through each leg and glue onto eachother that way [if that makes sense])
iv) stained (duh)
v) aprons laminated.. all glue on whole job selleys 308.
Extra photos might answer a couple more questions,

Very nice work.
I can see by the amount of clamps that you have I need more of my own.

Now I wonder where I left that clamp.
I take it that the blocks on the inside curves are the jig to form the curves? And why on the outside are some clamps blocked and some not?
Lot of work and I would assume planning ahead has gone into making it. Great job

Yes, the blocks on the inside are screwed and glued to the jig- I needed blocks on the outside just to spread the pressure accross the width of the clamped bit so as to not leave clamp marks- Where there are one or two clamps on their own is where I ran out of blocks and thought "bugger it I'll just chuck one on (less tight) and go get some fresh air"
Gluing up anything for me is a very stressful experience- So much pressure to get it right then clean it off in one go

Thats one nice looking dining setting. Well done. I now know where to come when I need more clamps.
