jacko's Back (again)
Couple of small projects recently completed for our guest accomodation. Common or garden Vic Ash, finished in poly/wax.
Bed is EuroKing size
Coffee table is 1200 square, centre pillar 250X250, 4 pieces mitred corners with loose tennons. The top was also created with (not so) loose tennons after having been dissapointed with the accuracy of biscuits. After glue-up, using only regular clamps, only need to use a scraper to finish the top flat and level.
I have attached an image that shows the tennons that give an interesting (to me anyway!) effect. I may never use biscuits again!

Beautiful work, Simple, good looking and nice and Natural I couldn't see the detail on the posts of the legs of the bed though- could you post a close up? is it just grooves? Looks interesting and gives it a nice look.

Your wish is my command! yes i did notice that the detail got lost in the Moire pattern, so attached is a close -up. It's a reeding or a fluting depending on your feelings.
